Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver anywhere on the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

How much does delivery cost?
UK and Northern Ireland delivery is free.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation of order by email from us.

When will my order arrive?
The delivery details of your goods will be outlined in your confirmation email. However, we aim to dispatch all orders (subject to availability) within 7 working days from receipt of your order for internet orders and within 28 days for orders by post. In the unlikely event that there is any delay, we will advise you accordingly.

Do you allow delivery to a different address?
No. We can only deliver to the postal address that matches the address lodged by a user's credit card company.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is completely secure. This means that any page where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption also prevents other Internet users from accessing this information.

If I pay by credit or debit card, when will my card be charged?
Due to the nature of our personalised products, all payments by debit or credit card are taken on order of the product.

How do I return my goods?
If the goods are faulty and you want a replacement, you should contact us on 01604 234596 or click here to use our customer contact form to arrange the return of the goods and we will replace the faulty goods with another copy within 28 days. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund you for the full price paid for the goods as well as the postage cost of returning them. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to ensure the safe delivery of returned goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods you return that are lost in transit.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from home and to a full refund. However, the above mentioned regulations do not apply to personalised goods, or goods made to your specification.

I cannot upload my images or create my personalised gift. What should I do?
Please ensure that:
• Pop ups on your PC are not blocked
• Javascript or active scripting is enabled (this enabled by default)

Are my personalised gifts of the highest quality?
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. We print your gifts using a Hewlett-Packard Indigo machine (the HP3050), which is the world's largest ink based digital printer.This printer is not simply a large photocopier because the ink is a liquid it reproduces photographs far better than any toner or powder based technology which can appear washed out and lifeless.

I have already ordered my personalised gift and would like to re-order. Can I?
Simply log in and visit your “Saved projects”. Here all your previous orders are saved and you can either reorder the same product or edit and reorder with new pictures or text –just like a brand new one. The only thing you need to do is ensure that you still have the same pictures in your image library as once they have been deleted they will need to be uploaded again.

What images can I use when ordering online?
We accept all the most common formats – JPEG, GIF, BMP, & PNG. We recommend that you have your image (file) has a resolution between 640 x 480 and 1280x 960 or is sized between 300kb and 900kb for the best results. Our system will alert you when an image is not good enough quality to use so you can choose another one.

Can I change the start month of my calendar?
Yes, it is easy to change the start month choose any month within a year.

Can I include captions on my calendar?
Yes, you can add month captions and special date captions on A3, A4, and A5 calendars. This option is not available for A6 desk calendars as captions are not legible. The maximum number of special date captions is 50. We also have a range of preset dates such as bank holidays etc.

What size calendars do you offer?
You can choose from our popular wall calendars in standard A4 (210mm x 297mm) for £14.99 or large A3 (double A4) for £17.99. You can also create A5 and A6 desk calendars. Simply make your selection either at the beginning or at the end of your product creation on the upload page.

Can I order my calendar by post?
Of course, click here for an order form and send the order form with photos to us.

If I send in my hard copy photos will they be returned?
Yes. Don't forget to write your postcode and phone number lightly in pencil on the back of each photograph you send in.

How does the “Buy three get a fourth free” offer work for calendars?
You need to order four identical (same size and images) calendars and we will only charge you for three. You can see the discount you'll get as you amend the number of calendars you order.

Can I order different products at the same time?
You can create as many products as you like. Visit your “Saved projects” area to see what projects you have started.

Will the preview of my photo cards look like this when printed?
Due to the web browser we have to limit the size of preview graphic. Your image will appear much larger on the final print copy. The text will also appear crisp and clear.

If I re-order will my captions be saved?
Yes, all text and images for all products is saved for easy re-ordering. You can amend them at any time before payment.

Can I access my images from my home and work computer?
Yes, simply log in to access your account anywhere you like.
